Privacy
The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell or share your data for marketing, and there is no tracking on this site. Here's the full picture.
Who we are
Synoma is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. For anything about your data, write to info@synoma.dk — that address reaches the people who actually handle it.
The waitlist
When you join the waitlist we store your email address and, only if you choose to tell us, your country. We use them for one thing: emailing you about Synoma — product updates, the launch in your region, and invitations to become a beta tester. The country field exists so we can invite the right people when Synoma reaches their area; leaving it blank just means you hear about things a little less precisely.
Signing up is consent, and we keep a record of when and how each address joined. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list. If an address ends up on the list that shouldn't be there — a typo, or someone else's — one click on that link, or a short email to us, and it's gone.
The list is stored with MailerLite, an EU-based email service that processes the data on our behalf. We don't share it with anyone else.
The contact form
When you use the form on the contact page, your name, email address and message are delivered to our inbox as an email (sent through Resend, an email delivery service acting as our processor). We use them only to read and answer your message. Contacting us does not add you to the waitlist or any mailing list.
Cookies and saved settings
This site sets one cookie, and only if you use the language switcher: synoma-lang remembers your choice of Danish or English for a year. Your appearance choice (light, dark, high contrast) is saved in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. There are no analytics, no tracking cookies, and no advertising — from us or anyone else.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, which, like any host, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the service. We don't use them to identify visitors.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us what we have about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent at any time — email info@synoma.dk and we'll sort it out. If you're unhappy with how we've handled something, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

Join the waitlist
Synoma launches in Denmark first, then rolls out region by region. Everyone on the waitlist hears the news first — and is first in line for beta invitations.
